Catalog Description

Materials Engineering 392X. Foreign Study. Cr. 3. Prereq: Chem 167 or 177, permission of instructor. Summer program at Brunel University, West London. Introduction to materials science and engineering. General properties and processing of metals, polymers, and ceramics with engineering applications, including visits to materials industries. Credit may not be applied toward graduation unless Mat E 391X is also satisfactorily completed.
